The DLP50 is a portable Android projector running Android 5.1 on an Amlogic S905 quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor (up to 2.0GHz) with 1GB DDR3 RAM and 8GB internal storage. Native resolution is WVGA 854×480 at 1,000 lumens brightness, with a contrast ratio of 2000:1. Projection range is 30 to 120 inches at a throw distance of 1 to 5 metres. The LED lamp is rated at 15,000 hours. Dimensions are 145×78×18mm and weight is 727g.

The built-in 5,000mAh battery enables cord-free use. Connectivity includes 5GHz Wi-Fi (AP6330), Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI 2.0 (supports 4K@60Hz input), USB 2.0, TF card slot (up to 32GB), and audio out. Both an IR and a 2.4GHz wireless remote are included. Keystone correction is supported. Aspect ratios of 4:3, 16:9, and 16:10 are available.

Practical uses include outdoor movie nights running from battery power, home cinema streaming via the Android OS and Wi-Fi, and travel use where a mains connection isn’t available.

Power input is 5V-2.5A. A universal power adapter is included.
