Terms of Service
Last updated: 06 July 2026
These terms cover your use of fidmat24techmarket.com and any orders you place with us. We have written them as plainly as we can. By shopping with us, you are agreeing to what is set out below.
None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other UK consumer protection law.

Who Can Shop With Us?
To place an order, you need to:
- Be at least 18 years old (or shopping under the supervision of a parent or guardian)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
- Give us accurate, complete information — name, address, payment details
- Not be purchasing goods for resale without our written permission
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect misuse, fraud, or any breach of these terms.
Our Products
We stock a curated range of technology accessories sourced through our trusted global fulfilment partners. We do our best to make sure every product description, image, and specification on the site is accurate. That said:
- Product images are illustrative — minor differences from the actual item can occur
- We may modify, discontinue, or remove products without notice
- If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you straight away and either refund you in full or offer an alternative
How Ordering Works
When you place an order, you are making us an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when you first get an order confirmation email.
We can decline or cancel an order before dispatch if:
- A product becomes unavailable
- There is a pricing error (see Prices and Payment below)
- We cannot verify your payment
- We have reason to suspect fraud or misuse
If we cancel your order, you will hear from us promptly and get a full refund.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Fidmat24 Tech Market is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on any UK order — the price you see is what you pay. Currency conversions shown on site are for convenience only; your card is always charged in GBP.
International customers may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility to pay. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Pricing Errors
We price our products carefully, but mistakes can happen. If we spot a significant error after you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We are not obliged to honour an incorrect price.
How You Can Pay
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as the payment methods shown at checkout — including Klarna where available. Payment is taken in full before we dispatch your order.
Discount Codes
Discount codes (for example, SIGNUP10 for 10% off your first order) cannot be applied to past orders, cannot be combined with other codes unless stated, and are subject to their own terms.
Delivery
We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times by region are set out in full in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are required to deliver within 30 days of your order unless we have agreed otherwise with you. If we cannot do that, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.
Risk of loss or damage stays with us until your order is physically in your hands — or with someone you have authorised to receive it.
Returns
Our full returns process is covered in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies in full, on top of our own 30-day policy.

If the Site Goes Down
We do our best to keep the site running. But we cannot promise it will always be available. We may take it offline for maintenance, legal reasons, or in situations outside our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience this causes.
Links to Other Sites
We may link to third-party websites for reference. These links are not endorsements. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, though if you are in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also use the courts of your own country. EU customers can also use their local courts.
Sorting Out Disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@fidmat24.com. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve things within 14 days.
If we cannot sort it out between us, you can refer the matter to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or contact your local trading standards office (in the UK, via the Citizens Advice consumer helpline). The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025; EU customers can instead find their national consumer dispute resolution body here: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version goes live on this page with an updated date. Carrying on using the site after an update means you accept the new terms. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
