Order processing
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This is separate from the transit times below. Weekends and public holidays may affect processing.

UK shipping zone, including Guernsey
Guernsey is included in the UK shipping zone and follows the same estimated standard delivery time of 10–18 business days after dispatch. Actual arrival times may vary by item, selected carrier, destination and local delivery conditions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us for assistance.
Products and destinations that may take longer
Some batteries, liquids, oversized parcels, remote addresses and destinations served only by specialist or postal routes can have longer delivery estimates or restrictions. The appropriate shipping method depends on the product and delivery country. Please ask us for an estimate before ordering if timing is important.
Delivery updates and tracking
Where tracking is available, we send the details after dispatch. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update. Orders containing several products may arrive in separate parcels.
